The second court case between Blackpool FC President Valērijs Belokoņs vs Blackpool FC club owners the Oystons has completed its first week in the high courts in London. the case relates to Belokoņs 20% investment in Blackpool Football Club and the way the club has been ran over the previous years.
Blackpool FC fans have been in attendance in the high court in London creating summaries of the proceedings on a daily basis such is the interest in the case.
Many fans believe deal this court case could be pivotal in a potential take over by Belokoņs or open up a bid from other interested parties. In the first week has already been some interesting findings related to how the Oystons made about decisions making payments between the football club and othe businesses.
It was also revealed they had been three bids for the football club, chairman Karl Oyston made the statement after previously saying there had been no bids for the football club.
